Linden Plaza is a one-of-a-kind housing complex with a rich history and legacy in East New York, Brooklyn. Built above the MTA Pitkin railyard in the late 1960s as part of the Mitchell-Lama housing program, Linden Plaza first welcomed residents in 1971. The property features 1,527 apartments across five towers and 32 townhouses. Camber Property Group is leading the redevelopment of Linden Plaza to preserve affordable housing in East New York, Brooklyn for another 50 years.

Renovating Linden Plaza
The large-scale renovation of Linden Plaza will address all aspects of the complex including, but not limited to, upgrading apartments and common areas, replacing or repairing building systems and mechanicals – from plumbing and heating to roofs, facades and terraces – and repairing parking structures and columns supporting the plaza deck. The renovation is scheduled for completion in 2029.
