Built above the MTA Pitkin railyard in the late 1960s as part of the Mitchell-Lama housing program, Linden Plaza first welcomed residents in 1971. The property features 1,527 apartments across five towers and 32 townhouses. Camber Property Group is leading the redevelopment of Linden Plaza to preserve affordable housing in East New York, Brooklyn for another 50 years.
