UNIT INSPECTIONS 735 LINCOLN AVE (BUILDING 3)

Please be advised that in preparation for unit renovations, contractors will be conducting inspections and require access to ALL UNITS AT 735 LINCOLN AVE (BUILDING 3). The unit inspections will occur on the following dates:

· May 19: All units on the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th floors

· May 20: All units on the 11th, 12th, and 13th floors

· May 21: All units on the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors

· May 22: All units on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors

· May 23: All units on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors

It is critical that the contractors have full access to your apartment on the scheduled date listed above. Please ensure someone 18 or older is available to grant access.

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Due to ongoing construction, the laundry room at 760 Eldert Lane (Building 1) will be CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Residents of 760 Eldert Lane (Building 1) are welcome to use the laundry room at 790 Eldert Lane (Building 2).  We apologize for they inconvenience and thank you for the cooperation.
